General Conditions

For all practical and substantive information about the training and other activities, please contact Inge Vanassche.
This by mail to info@art-of-eden.be
Your registration needs to be done after a well-considered decision with yourself.
Registering and then cancelling your registration has administrative consequences and costs for yourself, but can also determine whether a course goes ahead or not.
Before you register, we advise you to read the general terms and conditions. When you register, tick the box “agree with the general terms and conditions”.
Otherwise your registration is not valid. You are officially enrolled from the moment you receive an email from administratie@art-of-eden.be confirming your enrolment.
The copyright remains property of Inge Vanassche. Copying and distributing course material, both verbally and in writing, including audiovisual recordings and/or other media techniques, may not be passed on, transferred or sold to others in any way whatsoever.

Liability

Accidents from, to and during Inge Vanassche’s lessons are entirely at the student’s expense.
Exercising a (professional) activity taught by Inge Vanassche falls under the full responsibility of the practitioner. Inge Vanassche can under no circumstances be held liable.

Courses

All registration fees are payable within 10 days after receipt of the standardized confirmation email of your registration to the Inge Vanassche IBAN account number: BE46 9730 1818 7736 – BIC: ARSPBE22 mentioning your name, address and course. After payment you will receive an invoice from us, if desired. (Please note, the course fee must always be paid before the start of the course).
In case of early termination during the training, no course fee will be refunded.
Spread payments for annual courses are possible after written request via e-mail (administratie@art-of-eden.be ) and this only under the following conditions:
Sign a document for acceptance of the conditions:
50% of the course fee is payable before the start of the first lesson
25% of the course fee is payable before New Year’s Eve
25% of the course fee is payable before Easter
Spread payment automatically means a surcharge of 5% on the course fee (administration costs)
The staggered payments continue even after the early termination of the training.
The terms of payment and cancellation continue to apply undiminished.
In the event of late payment, interest of 8% per annum is due by operation of law and without notice of default. In addition, a fixed compensation of 10% on the invoice amount, with a minimum of €25, is also due by operation of law and without any notice of default. All disputes shall be settled before the courts of the judicial district of Aalst.
No payment at the start of the course or training automatically means that one cannot take part in the lessons.
Inge Vanassche reserves the right to refuse access to the course/activity in the event of non-payment. The registration will then be annulled.
No course fees will be refunded if the training is terminated prematurely.
Course books, special materials and ingredients are not included in the course fee.
If you are unable to participate in a course and/or activity for which you were already enrolled, please let us know as soon as possible. This way we can give someone else another chance to register. Cancellation can only be done in writing via e-mail (administratie@art-of-eden.be ).
